Early Aviation - Military

Most of these aircraft are from the 1st world War to the period prior to the 2nd. This was a time when Bi-Planes ruled, usually with open cockpits and fixed undercarriages and sometimes a machine gun firing through the propellor. Its remarkable to see some of these beautiful old planes still flying today.
